This is my second experience using Micah and the first as a buyer. Through both processes, he has provided great support and guided me through decisions. We were able to select the right home and still negotiate a price in a tough market. I will continue to use Micah in the future!

Micah can be described best by 3 attributes. He is honest, he is knowledgeable, and efficient. My wife and I have been shopping all summer (2023) and throughout the process Micah was forthcoming with market conditions and discussed the best strategy to find what we wanted in our budget. He also provided a lot of knowledge when it came to looking at homes. Being first time buyers we didn't have an eye for details and the best description for us was house window shoppers. Micah stepped in and filled that gap and pointed out any potential foundation issues, the benefits of attic fans, any moisture spots. My wife and I felt like we got a mini home inspection each time we went to look at a house with him and his flashlight. Finally, after finding our home Micah was able to close the deal with the sellers in less than 24 hours. The house had been on the market for 1 day and Micah discussed a reasonable offer for us to present. Since he has worked in the Columbus area he also knew the selling agent and was able to leverage that relationship to get us our home. Overall we ended up closing in 22 days due in part by his recommendation of a local bank he used himself. Our experience with Micah has been easy and I think that's probably what anyone searching for a home should want. Having worked with other realtors he was the only one that seemed to genuinely care about where my wife and I would be spending a nice portion of our lives. He was a solid worker for us and we never felt rushed, pressured, or like we had to compromise.

Micah did an outstanding job for us. He was professional and very knowledgeable along in guiding us finding the right house. As a first time home buyers, he made the process smooth and very successful for us. He was always there when we needed him and encouraged us along the way to finding our dream and suitable home.

It was a pleasure working with Micah. He was actively involved during the process of selling my home. He gave excellent advice regarding how best to get my home ready to sell, setting the price, and reviewing the offers. He worked hard to negotiate with buyers to obtain the best offers. (He should get 10 stars for negotiation.) He also kept me well informed throughout the sale process. Thanks to him I sold the house in less time and for more money than I thought possible.
