We hired Dean to sell our home and find us a new one. We were told he had a huge network of buyers and we quickly found out that he did. He sold our house in less than a week for over 10% what we paid for it just a few years ago and because he brought in the buyer himself, he saved us money on commission. Then, he found us a house that wasn't on the market and negotiated a great deal. We paid less for a house that was 1,500 square feet bigger than ours in the same town. He is literally 100% responsible for improving our financial situation and bettering our lives. I can't say enough about him. He is amazing and anyone would be extremely wise to have him help you sell or buy a home.

Dean made selling and buying our home such a pleasant experience. He's incredibly easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about the South Jersey real estate market. From the start, he made us feel incredibly comfortable and like we were in great hands. He took a look at our property and we discussed quick changes we could make to improve the house prior to listing. Dean then brought in a videography crew who took amazing professional high end photos and video of the property. Dean priced the home aggressively and we ended up with five offers all above asking price within a week of listing. Dean was very aggressive with his negotiations and raised the offers even further before guiding us to settle upon the right buyer. Thanks to Dean's tips, strategy, and expertise, the buyer agreed to pay even more than we had initially hoped to receive. And finding our new home with Dean was also incredibly easy. He is very dialed into the local real estate market. He seemed to always have available time to meet us at houses. The home we ended up buying had a lot of hurdles to get over and Dean was just the right type of person we needed to get us through them. He was always easy to get a hold of when we had questions and always three steps ahead of us. He was negotiating with buyers while on his vacation and taking phone calls from us at midnight on weeknights. That's an agent who cares and puts in work. We never felt like anything was not being taken care of or falling off his radar. We've since moved into our new home, thanks to Dean, and have begun referring him to our friends.
