Dawn was an absolute pleasure to work with -- her expertise was on display throughout and she made the daunting process of my needing to sell quickly to move as smooth as could be. From first look, Dawn and her assistant Grace knew how to bring out the best elements of the property. They were both so accessible throughout, taking my calls, answering questions and emails on the double, explaining the process and organizing everything. In addition to their above-and-beyond professionalism, they were both incredibly personable people. From Day 1 to closing (and beyond), this was a very positive experience. Nothing but gratitude here!

Dawn is very self assured and her confidence is very helpful in the selling process. She connects with the buyer and explains to them the pluses of the home and why the home is a good value. Dawn has sold numerous homes in the Salt Lake City area and enjoys meeting new home owners and helping them, nut just thru the buying process but also the selling process which can be very time consuming. I believe she is among the best sellers in UT, if not the best that I have personally worked with over the years. If I were buying or selling a home at this time she is definitely that person I would want to work with. She stages the home, sometimes just moving things around to make the interior of the home more inviting. I still use some of her tricks when I’m trying to improve the interior of my home.

Dawn literally moves you! Dawn Stevens is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us sell our home quickly and above asking price! Her efforts in staging and marketing were exceptional. Dawn Stevens did a great job selling our home. We had already moved to another state so she made sure the house was in good condition for selling purposes. She was easy to work with and very competent. She handled well the many issues raised by the buyers agent. She also did a good job in handling the paper work involved in a long distance closing.
