Lui helped me with the sale of a property in Massachusetts. I'm out of Florida so i don't know the local area. Because of that, i needed to rely on a local source. Lui did a great job in helping to list my property. Even more so, we got $50k over asking! Amazing work. Very happy and would work with him again.

This was my 4th time working with David Ladner. There’s a good reason for that. He is the best of the best. This was a more unique sale, as we were selling under a bit of duress. So I met him with about a dozen impossible wishes, and, as usual, David way over-delivered. I have never known him to operate at any level besides above & beyond. I would honestly trust him with my life. I cannot possibly recommend David & his stellar team more highly. You could be in no better hands. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
