We've moved several times and before we met Dave Joslin, we had a bad experience. When Dave began to work with us, he quickly showed us that he not only understood what we had been through but, he would make sure it was not repeated. Dave stood true to his word. Besides making our home buying experience a great one, Dave did much more than some other realtors in giving us the guidance we needed to move forward toward a purchase. Rather than concentrate on getting us to buy something quickly, Dave would point out certain possible problems with home we were looking at, so we could have the right information to buy or pass on a home. He routinely studied the homes we were looking at to see if we needed to be aware of potential problem areas and we were always grateful for his honesty. Dave was extremely professional and responsive when we tried to reach him. His "Homes for Heroes" program saved us a lot of money at the settlement table, which was terrific. David is an outstanding agent. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He not only sold our house for listing price but he found us the perfect house in our desired location in our price range. He is very easy going, knowledgeable, and very patient with my millions of questions. He was also great with our kids who tagged along on multiple house viewings. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking for a house or who is selling theirs. In addition, he participates in the Homes for Heroes program which is also a great service.
