This was our sixth transaction with David Dorman. He has sold three properties for us and has helped us to find three properties. He has always been very courteous and made himself available when we had questions. He has always been there to show us a property at the spur of the moment even when we were not scheduled to look st properties. Over the years we have recommended David to our friends when they were looking to sell or buy a home. David is a very honest, straight forward dependable agent.

We first met David when we bought our house 4 years ago. Since then, we have followed his Quarterly publications about the housing market. He is very dedicated to his work and to the people he represents. I knew from the first time we met him that he would be the one to sell our house when the time came. We were not disappointed! With his directions, we sold our house in less than 24 hours for list price. I would whole heartily recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home or to list a home.

David helped us move across the country with confidence! We started looking to purchase something while I was out of state and my husband was out of the country. We gave him a list of what we were wanting in a house and David was quick to send us homes that met our needs. I was on the hunt too, and always searching for new homes that popped up on websites. It just so happened that I found one in the neighborhood we loved, and David was quick to send me all of the details and schedule a showing. Our showing was via FaceTime. We had a lot of trust in David since we never saw the home in person until closing day. He did not let us down. He was honest and straight forward. He was always available to answer our questions. He gave us his recommendations for a home inspector and a lender. Both were amazing to work with. His team is amazing as well and always kept us in the loop during the process. Whenever we have to sell our home, we will definitely be listing it with David!!
