David Carmona is the Best Relator I have worked with. His services came to us through a family friend who highly recommended him. Upon our first conversations, David understood that I was a first time home buyer and that I knew very little about the home buying process. He was able to thoroughly explain and show the utmost patience. David was very attentive with phone calls, text messages, and emails. He always took the time to answer any questions I had, and did his best to move through the process quickly and efficiently. Throughout the extensive home buying process, David maneuvered through the files and overcame every obstacle we faced as a team. After extensive paper work, phone calls, text messages, and emails, we were able to successfully purchase our first home. My family and I are truly grateful to have met such a great realtor and human being. He walked me through every step and I truly believe that I could not have done it without him. As a 1st time home buyer i was very unsure and intimidated by the process and my lack of knowledge. I made David aware of this when we 1st met and HE was very understanding of this. He explained things to me clearly and kept me well informed of what to expect next. he also was very helpful as a homeowner himself giving me his personal opinion on matters that were ultimately my choice. He was very responsive to my calls/text/emails and very resourceful in dealing with the many 3rd parties such as inspectors, lawyers, buyers, lenders etc....he absolutely made my 1st home purchases as stress free as he could. thanks David for helping me so much!!!

My wife and I know David for more than 3 years and we consider him a friend not just a very professional realtor. He is trustworthy, diligent, knowledgeable and we definitely recommend him. Firstly, David helped us with renting a wonderful house. Then, we start the journey of searching for our dream home to buy, and David helped us to make the right decisions. He always professionally answered our “many” questions with knowledge and patience. David makes you feel comfortable and that you can trust him with your future home. Also, he never pushes you out of your budget, instead he finds the best options for you within your budget. We finally bought our home, and we are extremely happy; thank you David.

This was my second property working with David. First David helped me purchase my dream home and now he helped me find a perfect investment property. Always first class, five star, A+ services from the beginning and continuing even after the purchase. Highly recommended.
