Dave is absolutely fantastic, it was such a please to work with him. He is exceptionally knowledgeable regarding market factors and what to look out for in a prospective home purchase. We were connected with Dave through a friend and couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us sell our home in the city of Orange and relocate to Laguna Niguel. He had a plan from our first meeting including the open house, digital marketing, and a wonderful photographer/videographer. Dave is very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely easy to work with. He was always available, any time of day or night and very patient with all of our questions, concerns, and changes along the way. We found a fantastic home and Dave moved quickly and we are now living in the neighborhood we had hoped for! Thank you to Dave and Ingrid for all you did during the selling and buying process. Dave was fantastic in all aspects of the home selling process. At our initial meeting he was well prepared to explain what he would do differently to sell our home, and based on certain market factors, when we should list. He gave us recommendations on the few changes we should make to attract the most buyers. Within a week he presented a thorough pricing analysis and selling strategy. Dave went above and beyond in getting great photos, videos, and the Online marketing of the property. This included social media to targeted audiences, generating 100 unique parties who came to our open house. In less than a week we reviewed 6-7 offers. Further, he handled complex issues that came up during escrow, with skill and confidence. We have sold 4 homes over the years. I know it is rare to find an agent who is an expert at digital marketing (in fact - many don't know how to do this), proper pricing analysis, who personally attends the open house, and has the experience to deal with a host of issues that undoubtedly come up in the same of an older home. We 100% recommend Dave to all my friends and family members who are looking to sell.

This is my second purchase with Dave, the first property was a condo back in 2017 and I recently closed on a single family home after relocating to the San Diego area (after almost ~2 years of searching!!). He was extremely patient throughout the entire process and was able to negotiate a fair price despite how competitive the market was given the continued lack of inventory. My wife and I are again extremely happy to have worked with Dave as he is one of the best in the business. Dave is extremely knowledgeable, conscientious, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I truly value his professionalism, integrity, dedication and he certainly has his clients' best interest at heart. Dave and Ingrid made the closing/escrow process seamless and painless and I would recommend him 100%. David was very helpful throughout the entire process. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. David and his team were very patient and guided us every step of the way.
