From thinking about it to actually doing it, we wouldn't be able to have done it without the help of Victoria. We had recently left housing to seek better opportunities and that's when we found her. Any question we had, she had an answer. Any home we had the slightest bit of interest, she had us down to see that home as soon as possible. She respected the amount we had and never made us feel that we had to buy a home rather than wanted. Very responsive to my questions about the process. She went above and beyond to help me have a seamless transaction. She followed up with some last minute issues we had with the plumbing of the house and worked with the seller to have it fixed before the closing.
