Danielle is awesome. She is extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable of the market and was able to help us buy/build a new house as well as sell our old house. I would highly recommend her, as she is very attentive with clients and has a great personality. Also, we had a much better experience with her because she is very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. We have used other realtors in the past, but I believe that Danielle delivers the best service out of all the ones that we have used in the past. Again, I would highly recommend utilizing her to either buy or sell a home. She has a good ability to reach out to clients and understand their needs, and assist with any questions and concerns that occur throughout the process of buying or selling a home.

Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Over the years she has been my buyers agent and Sellers agent for many properties. Danielle does a great job following up and keeping you well informed on what’s happening throughout the buying and selling process. I would highly recommend her.

I purchased my fist home in 2012 with Danielle and then sold that house and built a new home all with Danielle’s help. It’s a very stressful process and she helped every step of the way showing me multiple homes until I was happy. I’ve recommended her to everyone I can. I need to start flipping houses just so I can work with her on a regular basis!

Danielle has been my saving grace during my whole home buyers experience. She has answered all of my questions, resolved all of my challenges, and just been a complete joy to work with. Without her and the Better Homes and Garden family I do not think I would be in my dream house right now. Through last minute issues at closing, following-up with the realtor to get into properties, and always having my best interest at heart when something is not right. I do not know what I would have done not having her in my corner! She is a step above the rest! Please use her as your realtor you will not regret it...SHE IS THE BEST!!!

It was a pleasure working with Ms. Gardner. She was knowledgeable in every area pertaining to work. It because of her I learned so muck regarding the purchasing process. There was not a question I or my team asked she could not answer. Ms. Gardner went beyond the call of duty when it came to me receiving, signing, and returning documents. She was very responsive Unfortunately I didn’t have access to a fax machine there were document sent to me from the loan officer they needed to be signed and fax back she had no problem making sure each and ever document was fax in a timely manner. Ms. Gardner mannerisms was always at a professional level. She kept me up to date with each step. She was always on time for our meetings. It was a pleasure working with her. We only work together under a month however, I feel like I’ve known her so much longer. I would recommend
