Thoroughly enjoyed our home buying experience with Asha Abbott. Aside from a wonderful personality, she was knowledgeable, always available, and creative. Sarah won't give you the time of day. Despite viewing nearly a dozen houses with her as my agent, I never actually met her in person. When it came time to make an offer, she was busy with other clients. She somehow even managed to lose the one offer I made, even though I was the highest bidder. When trying to seek information as to how, she gave me an unsatisfactory answer and told me it would be unethical to contact the seller's agent. She put in the bare minimum effort. Even on our initial consultation, I could tell she was in a hurry to end the call. I should have took that as a sign, but I was a first time homebuyer and didn't know any better. I found another realtor and ended up getting top notch service, and purchased a home just a couple weeks later. I could not recommend her any less.

This is one of those situations where I wish I could rate above the max score! I began my home buying process many months ago, and Sarah Montgomery at Dani Beyer was immediately everything I wanted in a real estate agent: patient, professional, capable, and so so helpful. As a first-time homebuyer I was overwhelmed, but she helped me step by step. I ended up buying from out of town, but she made it feel like I was right there. Thanks to everyone on this team who made it happen (Lorna, Tara, and everyone along the way was wonderful)!

I could go on and on about my experience with Sarah because she made our first time buying so wonderful. I contacted her by accident a couple years ago just looking around google at houses long before my husband and I were even ready to purchase. She followed up with us once a month until we were ready to buy. I knew then she was a great Realtor! She is so patient and very efficient. She answered all of our questions and did all she good for us until we found our perfect fit. Sarah is amazing. Dani Beyer has a great team. Posha Morrison
