Kim’s knowledge, professionalism, and familiarity with the area made the process one that we could be comfortable in and trust. We couldn't have been more happy with our experience working with Amber. We were looking to buy a home from out of state with a relatively short timeline. Amber worked SO HARD for us, helping to first point us towards homes that fit our styles and - given the fast-paced nature of the market - was incredibly responsive offering/providing virtual tours and in person advice. Her virtual tours were very detailed made us very comfortable moving forward with offers. She was so gracious with her time and made our home buying experience much easier/smoother . We really enjoyed our experience working with Amber and highly recommend her.

Kim is great! She is very responsive and detail oriented, answering every question we had about viewing homes, submitting a competitive offer, and setting up financing and legal representation after our offer was accepted. She explained the offer process to us, and gave us the pros/cons of requiring an inspection and using an escalation clause. We would absolutely work with her again in the future. She was very reassuring to work with, especially as first time home buyers.
