Phew. Daniel and Rebecca went above and beyond helping my husband and I purchase our first home. They answered our endless list of questions and drove all over as we honed in our criteria for what we wanted in our home (location, size, land, etc.). They never made us feel like we were being too much or too needy. We really felt that they were in the trenches with us during such a tough time in the market. They fought for us in negotiations and gave solid advice every step of the way. I highly recommend working with them!!

Daniel and team were wonderful to work with. Daniel worked with us for three years selling multiple properties. His creativity, as well as great advice, in dividing properties was very financially beneficial. He was always willing to help, go the extra mile and keep up up to speed. Daniel and his wife were more than we could have ever asked. Our family decided to take a 5 day trip to NC to see if we liked it there and also look for a home (during COVID and an aggressive house buying market). Daniel showed us all to most of Charlotte and over 30+ homes. He watched each of our 5 family members look and react to locations, homes, styles, and more and nailed down exactly what we wanted and needed. He was attentive and went way over and above to make our stay amazing and give us all the information and options we could ever possibly want or need to make the right decision for our family. He made it all look so easy but I know it couldn't have been considering the amount of time and market we were looking in. He is the picture of professionalism and genuinely makes his clients feel important and special.
