Cannot recommended. Not a good experience given how pushy and antagonist she was. Dania represented herself, not me and had her interests ahead of her “client.” She didn’t even have the courtesy to say goodbye and thank you after closing!

We are a home buyer from Virginia and we came across Dania Perry online by reading her portfolio and client's reviews. Since we are new in the area we were looking for someone who we can trust and will guide us through this buying process in St. Petersburg area. Dania is the best! She's one of those rare individuals that is not only amazing at what she does, but makes you feel confident as well. She's knowledgeable, experienced, and incredibly dedicated. Her level of commitment in assisting us during this process was immeasurable. Not once did we feel pressured or pulled in any direction. She has great sense of communication throughout the entire process. She provides us enough information and her fair and unbiased inputs on every house that interests us which helps us a lot on our decision making.
