Dana found us the property of our dreams, put together an offer that helped us get the property over another offer, then helped us sell our old home. Her knowledge and expertise were invaluable in getting the home ready for listing and she was really focused on getting us the very best price. Dana is great and responsive to messages/communication, but didn't really assist us in pursing what we wanted in a home. The homes we were shown were above our price range and often less bedrooms than we wanted. I will say, at the time, the market was slim and fairly high priced. To sum it up, there just wasn't the personal connection we wanted with our family of 5 and a realtor.
