Dana managed both the sale of my current home and the purchase of my next home. First, Dana prepared me for the sale of my home, so the entire process went smoothly and quickly. My home sold for more than I expected and put me in a better financial position to achieve my goals. Next was the hardest part. I wanted a small, one story home with a pool. I had a few other wishes, but the pool was the main desire. I was looking for something rare in my price range, and there was incredible competition for every home on the market. I wasn't sure I was going to get what I wanted, but Dana managed to make it happen. Not just any house with a pool, but one that met every single item on my wish list! I cannot believe my luck, and I'm not sure another agent would have done as much as Dana did to help me. I'm incredibly grateful.

I have known Dana Cowan for over 15 years, so when we decided to buy a house it was an obvious decision to ask for her help. She always had our best interest in heart during every showing and through the entire process. In less than 30 days we viewed many many homes and were closed once we found the right home for our family. She made everything so easy and stress free which is incredible given we were first time home buyers. Will be using Dana for every home purchase in the future.

Dana Cowan is one of the most respectable, responsible, and most save real estate agents in have had the fortune of working with!!! My husband and I trusted Dana to help us find our first home, instead she helped us find our forever home!!! After negotiating the prices and helping my husband and I stay with in our budget she found us the perfect home!!! Please whatever you do use Dana Cowan!!! She's amazing:)

From the initial contact, through multiple showings, and finally closing on our home, Dana was on top of it. Every new listing that came up she sent to us, every house we wanted to see that was available she showed us. When the perfect place for us came up she moved on it so fast it was amazing. If she hadn't gotten us there when she did, we would have lost that house. She is motivated and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She can guide you every step of the way.
