I have nothing but praise for Dana Channels. She was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very friendly. We had never sold a home before, much less our dream home. It was built to our specifications, overlooked a beautiful creek, and was where we had raised our family. It was a bittersweet choice to sell, but she helped make it as painless as it could have been. She was kind, helpful, and accommodating. In consultation with her and with Debbie Mook the realtor in the adjoining county who had so wonderfully assisted us in finding a new home, we made a number of improvements to our original home to make it even more appealing to 21st century buyers. Thanks to Dana’s hard work, our improvements, and probably due to the amazing location, Dana was able to sell our home in less than two weeks. The actual sale took months, as we knew it would. We were dazzled and impressed. Five stars for Dana!

Dana is a joy to work with. She is knowledgeable, answered all our questions and always kept in touch. When we weren't comfortable dropping the price, she was respectful and receptive, and allowed us to hold without hesitation. When potential buyers started to become scarce, she kept the traffic rolling by holding an open house. And, as if that isn't enough, her bubbly personality won us over, as it is always nice to work with delightful people when you are making such big decisions. We would highly recommend Dana as a realtor.

Dana went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She worked around our schedules to show us homes throughout the area. She was very knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions promptly. She helped us get a great deal on our home and was there to answer questions throughout the whole process before and after the sale. We would highly recommend her.

Dana was very engaging in her interest in selling my house. She was always prompt with appointments. Right away there were several people to look at the house. She is very personable & I ended up making a wonderful friend also. I would list with her again in a heartbeat!

This was my first time buying a home. Dana is a very friendly person. She showed me three houses and gave me her input. The third home was the one I went with. She helped me every step of the way. She answered any of my questions or concerns and if she couldn’t, she did the research and was prompt on getting back with me. I would recommend Dana in a heartbeat!
