Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us a lot of information about the different homes that we looked at and the areas where they were. He also was very helpful in negotiating an offer and walking us through the next steps. He was great to work with!

I just bought bought my first home and I was expecting it to be a nightmare like I had heard from other people. Dan made the whole process extremely easy, and honestly all I had to do was find a house I liked. I will be recommending him to anyone I know that is getting ready to buy a house.

Our family worked with Dan on two transactions-a rental condo in Provo and my son's purchase of his family's condo in SLC. In both transactions, Dan was very engaged and really worked on our behalf. In fact, his creative suggestion to how we can purchase my son's condo made it possible for his family to capture the top slot among the buyers' offers which led him to buy the condo. We're very grateful that Dan interceded because that condo's value has increased in value shortly. Dan is an excellent person to work with, very good business ethics, and remembers his clients:)
