We worked with Dan for several years. Due to our difficult situation it delayed the process for a while a first. Dan thoughtfully would send us updates based on our wants we expressed. When we found the house we wanted, things went very smoothly. He got us the deal we wanted and helped make sure everything made it in time for the closing date.

Dan Coleman is very knowledgeable person and gives you very honest answers to your questions. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. He is also very professional and up to date on current market conditions. Dan is very patient and does not try high pressure sales tactics on you. I was very happy to work with a person like him.
