We became clients of Dale in 2008, when we sold a modest condo in Downey and relocated to San Diego. Dale has maintained a consistent relationship with me. He was quite responsive in 2008, and I am confident whatever housing needs I have Dale would be available in providing stellar service. In short I need look no further for a Southern CA realtor. Dale Jervis is a fantastic agent. In this market I think most people know how hard it is for a buyer to get an offer accepted especially when competing against multiple other buyers. Dale found our dream property and made sure our offer came out on top against two other competing offers. After that he made sure the whole process ran as smoothly as can be. I can't recommend him more highly.

Thank you Dale for your time, knowledge and guidance. This was my first home that I had bought and was nervous about putting it on the market. I was worried if I would get the price I needed to move on to my next house. With Dale's experience, strategy and knowledge of the comps in my area my home sold very quickly.
