We have worked with Dale for over a decade. He helped us buy and sale various properties. He is very knowledgeable with the locations where we bought. He always made it easy for us while we fully know there were issues that came up. He was always able to negotiate the best price for us. We even had some laughs along the way. His assistant, John, was also always available to help us with any issue that came up, including going to the properties to let workers in since we live out of state.

I've been working with and coordinating preping my place to get on market with D for a few weeks now. He knows the Hoboken market very well and has been brutally honest with me and straight forward in guiding me of how to get my condo ready, and what is needed to satisfy buyer expectations and have my home looking the best it can. He's advised me with numerous visits, consulting me on what to do and next steps, and getting various vendors to get my condo ready. I'm grateful for his advice and guidance and I'm happy I'm working with him!

I worked with Dale on a number of transactions in Hoboken over the years and have always had a great experience. He is very knowledgable, very responsive, and a great partner. He's patiently walked me through some tricky negotiations, offered advice to get our homes looking terrific before a sale, and connected me with local craftsman when I needed them.

I had a great experience working with Dale Fior and his team on my Hoboken apartment search. Dale gave great advice on how to hone in on truly the aspects of a new home that were important, and by that process we were able to find a wonderful match.
