Cynthia was absolutely fabulous with helping me sell my condo. She was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Cynthia was instrumental in selecting the proper paint colors and in decorating each room tastefully. She quickly communicated with me every step of the way and gave me her insight into the market. As a first-time home seller, I appreciated her patience and how she made the whole process effortless. I would choose Cynthia again for any of my future real estate needs.

I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received from real estate agent Cynthia Howe Gajewski with Beyond Properties Realty Group. I don’t even know where to begin. I have so many good things to say! I was selling my house from out of state. I’ve found Cynthia on the best and top agent listing in my town. So, I decided to give her a call. She was very passionate and positive even when the market was moving down. She took charge of my house and pointed out what needed to be done and introduced me to the very best people to fix a problem. She went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She is very knowledgeable! She worked endlessly and was able to work at a fast pace to sell my home in the most difficult time. She was very patient until bring up to the reasonable selling pricing. She was above and beyond the (very top class) of most real estate agents who gave all the promise but couldn’t deliver and started being negative. I must say Cynthia is very different from other real estate agents. She has been very professional and resolved difficult issues that needed to be done in order to sell the house. I had a great experience with Cynthia.

Cynthia is wonderful to work with, I felt like I was in very good hands the whole time and I could easily reach her via text/phone/ email with any questions I had. I am a first-time home buyer so I didn't know too much about the buying process; Cynthia walked me thru everything and I felt like I could trust her judgement completely. Thank you, Cynthia!
