Chris found my vacation home in Brownsville! Since the start, he was always very responsive and professional, and he kept it that way until closing day. He is also very knowledgeable of the area since he is a native to Brownsville. He made every step of the homebuying process a lot less stressful, and I always felt at ease knowing he had my best interest. I’m so lucky to have worked with Chris!

We met with Craig from GRT Realty to discuss selling our home. He kindly asked my husband and I why we were wanting to sell. We told him to downsize. To our amazement, he talked us OUT OF SELLING, and encouraged us to keep our house. He told us of all the great features we had, how much it would cost us to sell, and the amount we’d have in cash after selling to purchase a smaller home that wouldn’t begin to compare with the one we’re now living in and were wanting to sell. My husband and I were very impressed with Craig’s up-front honesty. How many sales people would counsel you not to sell or buy their services. Thank you, Craig for all of your advice and sharing your vast wisdom with my husband and I.

My husband and I were so glad we had Juan as our realtor. His knowledge and expertise made our home buying process so much better. As first time home buyers we were intimidated by the process, but Juan made it feel so easy. As soon as we started working with him he made us feel comfortable and was always readily available to answer all of our questions, and give us advice on any decisions we needed to make. Juan also looked out for us throughout the whole process and made sure we were getting the best deal possible. We really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Called GRT Realty today and spoke to Mr. Craig and what a great experience! I felt completely lost prior to calling, but Mr. Craig took time to answer all my questions and to my surprise, gave me honest, genuine feedback. He also gave me suggestions that, clearly, benefited me as the homeowner and not the realtor's interest to just sell another home. This call settled it for me and gave me direction. Great place to go to for your realty need.
