Courtney's comps on our property were very accurate, she knows the market extremely well. The price she and her team suggested we list the house at, was exactly what it apprised for. Communication was perfectly handed, and her negotiating skills were perfect. I believe everyone got a win out of the deal. For repairs that came up, Courtney has a huge database of local quality company that can hand jobs fast and fair.

We started discussing our move from California to Texas in May. Jessica did follow up with us periodically till we were ready to come to Texas in person and start our search in earnest in October. Then she went above and beyond showing homes that were almost a hundred miles from her home more than once to ensure we were happy with selection. Courtney and her staff did a remarkable job selling my house. There are a lot of moving pieces during the selling process. Courtney kept everything in line and moving without any major hiccups. We had numerous offers withing week of listing our house, many of which were above asking price. Courtney walked us through all contract offers and helped us choose which ones best fit our needs. She was available to answer all questions throughout the 45 day process and trust me, there were plenty. We just closed on the transaction and I could not be happier with the way things turned out.
