If you're looking for a home in the northern suburbs of Chicago, Cory is your man. My fiance and I had never owned a home and were totally new to the whole process. Cory was patient with us and gave us insight into each home we saw that went above and beyond what was listed (the build quality, the appliances, the different maintenance concerns). He clearly knows his stuff. He is also well connected with lenders, inspectors, real estate attorneys, and other realtors and able to provide resources for each. He was also very reliable and would respond to our messages very quickly. We found an amazing home and I'm 100% confident it is because of Cory.

Buying a home while living in another state is always challenging, and doing so over the holidays is even more daunting. Cory was our agent for buying our new home and selling our prior home. He did an excellent job with both transactions, whether it was in determining what amount to offer or list at, other contract provisions, or helping us navigate inspection and attorney review. He is very easy to work with but can also advocate aggressively on your behalf. We were under contract within 2 days of listing our prior house which was fantastic.

Cory and his team were amazing in helping us buy our first home! The process was very smooth, quick, and efficient.
