I had been an agent myself for thirty years, since retired, so I knew how valuable a good agent could be and how necessary it was to have a good one. From the moment Connie got the listing she took charge of needed repairs, scheduling appointments, getting estimates, in addition to marketing my property. It was a very tricky and difficult escrow to hold together and she navigated all the details with complete professionalism and skill. I have to say she is absolutely the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I would list any property I had to sell with her.

Connie was beyond amazing! Her knowledge and patience were exactly what was needed in our timely transaction. Her communication was excellent, we had a hard transaction (not due to her) and we had many urgent situations in which she was very available.

I had limited time to put together a 7 legged transaction so I called Connie. She went above and beyond to make it all happen. She never missed a beat, handled every issue that popped up, jumped every hurdle in our path and closed the deal. I could not have don't this if it wasn't for her expertise and background. She may have a few grey hairs after all this but she earned every one of them. Connie, thank you from here to the moon for making this happen and getting my family back together again. This means the world to me. Only you know what that means. You are amazing.

Connie Stubblefield made the sale of my parent's home painless and straight forward. Connie is very resourceful. She provided contacts for local services to make the home ready for sale and helped supervise the work since I was out-of-area. She went above and beyond to help disperse and sell the home's contents--my parents' accumulated treasures and belongings of thirty years. For the sale, she was able to negotiate and close a timely sale. I would highly recommend her enthusiasm and expertise.

I would recommend Connie Jo Stubblefield to anyone. I give her high praise for how she managed obstacles and handled difficult issues along the process.
