Cindy did an outstanding job selling my property! She lined up a handyman to do a partial remodel, to fix whatever was needed to be repaired. She also set up appointments with other companies as needed, including utilities transfers, internet and alarm systems, and all required inspections. The above services would have extremely difficult for me since we live outside of the area. Cindy has helped us sell 4 other properties over the past 4-5 years with the same assistance in preparing the properties to be sold.

Cindy was a great help and was very professional throughout the entire experience. She handled everything from beginning to end, and kept me apprised of all the details the whole time. I trusted her negation skills and she got me over asking in only a couple of days. Cindy is very knowledgeable of the market conditions and how to navigate through them, and as a result I had multiple offers in only two days. In addition she was instrumental in getting the house ready for pictures and sale, with providing services outside of her duties. We worked with Cindy Brenner on the purchase of our first home and again four years later, on the selling of our first home. Words cannot describe how amazing she was during this process.
