Whitney Everett was outstanding in all aspects of our search, selection, and closing of our new home in Carson. Living in the Bay Area, I needed someone I could trust to take care of every aspect of the sale once we found our place. In meeting her, she described her job as being as much service as it would be sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. She also led us through the negotiations to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it. I would highly recommend Whitney for anyone and will be using her for my other properties from now on as well.

Christy and Whitney have now helped us buy two homes. The first was in 2020, and then this most recent one in 2022. They are simply the best. Our first home purchase here in Carson City came with many challenges (as some do lol). Christy and Whitney were with us every step of the way, to answer questions, calm us when we were frustrated, and take charge to make sure everything progressed properly. They made it all come together, when it very possibly could have fallen apart. Our second home purchase was much simpler, partially because the home was unoccupied and the sale could be completed in a shorter time frame. As ever, Christy and Whitney were our rocks, making sure everything was perfect. We truly love these two, and recommend them highly.

Christy and Whitney were AMAZING to work with. We were selling our home and buying our dream home with it contingent on the sale. It was the most stressful thing I've ever done in my life, but they kept our transactions moving smoothly and everything worked out perfectly in the end.

Christy and Whitney are one in a million they have made this home buying experience the best. I would buy 10 more houses if I could just to work with them again. They fight for their customer tooth and nail and I can't express how much I truly appreciate them and all their hard work

Christy is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever dealt with. She has helped me sell and buy several properties in the Nevada area. She has a great support staff and I would highly recommend her if your looking to buy or sell a home.
