My boyfriend first sat down with Christy to go over what he was looking for and Christy asked detailed questions. She started finding homes the next day and a few days later had 5-7 houses to look at. Christy puts her clients needs and wants first to only show homes that he was looking for. He walked in one home and knew right away it was the home he was looking for. Everything went smoothly and escrow closed exactly 30 days like we were told. I would definitely recommend Christy as your realtor. She gets things done and stays on top of things.

I am very pleased that I was recommended to christy. She helped me sell my house along with getting some of the repairs squared away. She always responded to me the same day with either an answer or I am working on it. That really helped to facilitate the overall experience.

Christy is amazing! She sold our house AND helped us find a beautiful home to buy that she was able to negotiate closing dates for us. Within one week of listing, Christy had hired professional photos to be taken, hosted a successful open house, and was sharing with us potential offers. We were in open escrow within two weeks. She made us feel like we were a team with the same goal. She was always quick to respond and was knowledgeable on every process. This let us be more relaxed and focus on our excitement for the move. Plus! Christy has a recommendation for all other professionals in this area. We will still reach out to her if we need a recommendation for a landscaper, handyman, etc. She knows the best for the job. Christy went above and beyond. She will be our real estate agent for every house purchase in the future.
