Very accommodating and never failed to feed you the updates of the transaction. Outstanding negotiation skills and very patient. The transaction/s we're quite rough from the start due to the 1st seller's demands but she was still able to work something out and was able to offer an expert deal. Sadly, the first seller's demands were just a little bit unreasonable. Christy offered us another unit quickly and everything went smooth-sailing since. She was able to expertly process and negotiate the transaction earlier than expected. Always willing to accommodate her client's request and demands. Very impressive negotiating and processing skills only found in a very experienced and professional Real Estate Agent.

What can I say.....I have used Dave aka Davinder to make purchases of and sell rentals over the past 8 years...Dave is always courteous, super responsive, and provides the information needed to be able to make the best decision for you and your family. Most recently I used Dave to purchase a home for my parents and he really went the extra mile with a very difficult seller to ensure the purchase went smoothly, and he even ensured the sellers were accountable for all the required fixes identified in the inspections and obtained credits for more than what was needed to address two of the repairs when the sellers didn’t want to fix the issues. I am taking the time to do this because if you use Dave, you will realize he treats you like family and you can’t ask for more.
