Christie and her team went above and beyond in the sale of a friends home. Logistically this sale was difficult to navigate, and had unique challenges that had to be overcome. Christie and her team were extremely flexible in scheduling viewings and changing appointments at the last minute. Detailed in their feedback from potential buyers and making strong recommendations to close the sale. I recommend their services to everyone!

Christy and Lloyd did a great job with our move. They helped us get out of a wonderful home and an awesome community we have called home for 27 years. A home and community full of great memories that I had reservations about leaving. This was a very busy time in my career and also a transitional time with our family, so I was hesitant to go “all in” on a move. They made this process as flawless as possible. We were out of the old home and into a beautiful new home in less than 5 weeks. The coordination of efforts was such that our day today activities were impacted minimally. They facilitated every step so that we could focus on personal and professional business but still enjoy the privilege of moving to a beautiful community that we will call our forever home. Their expertise and knowledge, resourcefulness, and dedication are beyond comparison. I would recommend them to family and friends any day. They are phenomenal team.!

Christie and Lloyd were the BEST real estate team I have EVER been a part of, and I have been involved in 10 real estate transactions in my lifetime. Their entire process, from the first wave of paperwork, to the closing, was seamless. The entire team was beyond professional and helpful during the entire process. Just closed today with Christie and her team and I have to say going with The Discover a Home Team is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I am a first-time seller and wanted someone that will look out for me and fight for me. Christie and her team did just that. Selling your home can be stressful especially if the buyer can be challenging. I am so glad Christie, and her team was there to help. Her team kept me updated throughout the entire home selling process and made sure I knew what to expect. Christie and her team were very response when it came to any questions I had. They listened to what I wanted and made it happen. There are lots of agents out there and many programs to sell your home. However, I can honestly say no one can compare and give the top-level service Christie and her team provide. The Discover a Home Team will be the first thing I think of when it comes to selling or buying real estate. Definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.

Christie and her Discover Home Team was great! This was my first time selling a home(personal residence) and I was pretty nervous at the beginning. Christie and her team walked me through everything. My home was sold within 3 days of being listed! I also needed assistance with taking down a mounted TV (filling the holes & painting over them) and doing a home sanitize clean for the final walk thru and closing. Christie sent me a list of vetted vendors that could get the job done and they took care of me for a reasonable price.
