Chris is amazing! She helped us sell our parents house and knows the area well. She told us what or would happen every step of the way, and it happened as she said it would. She took care of everything, from the staging of the house, to the handyman repairs and house cleaning. She keeps you well informed on who came to view the house, and the offers coming in. She definitely takes the stress off of the process! We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

I never thought I would ever find a real estate broker who would fight for every last dollar of mine as if it were her own. I found such a broker in Chris Williams, and discovered both a fiduciary and saleswoman of extraordinary strengths. Every step of the selling process was clearly explained, prepared for, executed, and fulfilled. From the careful selection of a listing price, to a well-planned sales approach, and finally to the execution of a highly effective negotiation strategy, Chris is a Real Estate Broker to none. As a seller, she was considerate of our time, convenience, and selling costs. Her follow through from listing, to negotiating, to selling, and finally to closing, she never so much dropped any procedural ball. I would highly recommend her to anyone without reservation.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Chris Williams to sell our father's house after his passing. This house had been in our family for 62 years and was always the home base for all of our family gatherings during holidays and other celebrations. Chris was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer any questions we had and was very patient with us as we worked through the details. She was also very understanding of the emotional attachment we had to the house and was very respectful of our feelings.

Chris Williams is a very hard working professional. She creates relationship with her community which enables her to know the real estate market. She creates relationship individually which builds trust and confidence. We listed our Dads home with Chris at a higher price than suggested by any other agent in the area and then received offers higher than our asking price. Chris was with us through every possible hurdle, she anticipated and advised. Her team of assistants, and tradespersons were efficient, timely and fair. We were pleased to no end with our transaction with Chris and would highly recommend her! A harder, more friendly professional you will not find.

We sold our California house while living out of state. Chris was such a valuable asset; she took care of everything to get the house in order to make the sale. She hired and organized fireplace repair, plumbing repair, roof repair, pool repair, and the garden clean up. She even staged the house with furniture without charge. Chris negotiated a fair price between us and the buyers. I would highly recommend Chris. She is a very competent real estate agent and has a very pleasant personality. Thank you for your help, Chris you are the best!
