After fifty years in our home, we made the decision to relocate closer to our family out of state. To say it was a difficult and emotional time is an understatement. Chris was kind, understanding, and supportive as he walked us through every step of the process of selling our house. Once the house was listed, it was a whirlwind of activity. Chris and his associate, Lexi, were always available and responsive to answer any questions we had. The house sold in just four days for over the asking price. Chris did an absolutely wonderful job in helping us find our "dream" home in Tustin. When we started our search, there was virtually no inventory and we lost out in a couple of bidding wars. But Chris did not let us lose hope and it paid off big in the end. Could not have asked for more. Super responsive as well.

Chris and his team did a great job helping us find a senior-community apartment. It took a while and quite a few tries, but Chris was very patient and calm the whole time. He never pressures us to put in an offer we were not comfortable with. This is the second home he purchased for us and I can't say enough about his trustworthiness. You can always count on him putting his clients needs above everything else. He's also very detail oriented in the whole process. Both properties closed without any hiccups.
