Caryl did a great job coaching and strategizing with us in an uncertain market specially in our north Marysville location. Her advice regarding listing price, timing, open house dates and general marketing were spot-on. Super communicative and responsive during the whole process, keeping us well informed and directly leading to a quick and clean closing.
