My husband and I recently decided to sell our home of 24 years for the purpose of downsizing and relocating to a larger city. We had no idea of all that entailed from the decisions and the hurdles we had to jump over and there were many. James is a phenomenal realtor! I cannot tell you well enough in this little review how impressed we have been with him every step of the way through all the areas he helped us with, but I’m going to try to sum it up the best I can. He helped us find the perfect piece of land to build on in a new development neighborhood. We were nervous about building a new home since we had never done that before. He assured us that he would be right there with us the whole way – AND HE WAS! He was true to his word, and we are forever grateful. He helped us from start to finish with our house – he attended meetings to help ensure we were being treated appropriately, asked questions we didn’t think to ask, he took notes which helped us later because we were so overwhelmed, if one of us couldn’t make a meeting he recording the meetings for us to share with the other one, he gave guidance and advice when we needed it, represented us and dealt with the builders for all the tough conversations, helped push the process along when it kept stalling, and SO, SO much more. When our new build was far enough along, he and his team helped us sell the house we were currently living in. THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB! They watched the market and ran projections and such and were able to give us exceptional guidance on the best time to sell. They gave us advice on how to prepare the house for the best profit, how to stage it for the best appearance, and what we should and shouldn’t spend our money on as far as touch ups or repairs. When the offers came in - higher than the averages for our area and surrounding areas - James handled everything and helped us navigate those conversations too! As if all of that wasn’t enough, he helped us find a rental property to live in while we waited for the new house to finish being built. He brought us cookies that his wife made at Christmas! They were wonderful! When we finally made it to closing on the new house, James was still there supporting us and cheering for us! He has got to be the BEST realtor I’ve ever met. He and his team are just wonderful! James is just an all-around genuine and great guy! He was such a pleasure to work with. We fully expect to keep in touch with him and his wife and the rest of the team. We will definitely use them the next time we decide to buy and sell our home. Exceptional service. James made our two-year experience pleasant and easier than it would have been if were flying solo on all this. It would have been an absolute nightmare without him lighting our path. James R Lee was an incredible support to my roommates and I as we searched for a home to rent. He worked with us to figure out what we were looking for in a home such as pricing, amenities, location, etc. He toured multiple homes with us, was patient with us as we asked numerous questions, and was always kind, knowledgeable, and gracious to assist with whatever we doing! I would highly recommend anyone to work with James as he made our rental experience not only a smooth one, but also a pleasant one as well!

James is a great realtor and he’s awesome to work with! He made the entire process of buying my first home so easy. He was always available to answer any questions, calm my nerves and take care of any issues. His attention to detail was invaluable during the house hunt and walkthroughs. He thought of things I never would have and took excellent notes which he always followed up on. I highly recommend James if you’re looking for a realtor!
