Steve worked with my wife and I through our purchase of our first home, helped with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. The reason we used him for all of our needs is that he is amazing. We would never use anyone else. Steve is professional, informed, connected, intelligent, empathetic, kind and supremely competent. Sam was so helpful in our process of looking for a house. He kept us updated multiple times a week on places in our budget and the areas we were looking at living in. You are able to pick how often you would like to be updated on potential places, which made the process much easier. He worked hard to make time for us to tour places and put in offers where we pleased. He used great negotiation skills to secure us our place when there was a time crunch for final offers. He is very easy to work with and helps you in every step of the way!
