We went to one of Cheryl's open houses in Chili and when we asked her why it was listed as a two car garage, when the house definitely wasnt. Cheryl acted confused, and then stated it was a mistake and she would correct it, in a rude tone. As we walked away it seemed like she laughed at us. Even if it wasn't a down right lie, it was extremely deceptive marketing. The whole thing left me with a bad feeling. I would not recommend working with Cheryl.

I tried calling La Tray Relaty as the selling agent (we had no buyers agent at tge time) tolook at a listing we were prepared to pay cash for, no call back. My husband call, got called back and made an appoinment with her again as the seller's agent. We waited half an hour, he tried calling and texting, no call and no show. A WEEK later he gets a text "Sorry, we're you still interested"! Oh no, I would NEVER recommend this company. We turned around got a buyer'so agent and will be closing on another property next month.

Cheryl helped to sell my house in a down market for above what other realtors were suggesting we list it for. Working with her was fun and easy. I felt very confident in her skills, knowledge and ability. I recommend her every time some says they are buying or selling a house. Do yourself a favor and call her.
