My wife and I have known Cheryl since 2005 and have worked with her in purchasing 1 property and selling 2. She is by far the best agent in the Hampton Roads area. She is caring, knowledgeable and very professional. She kept us informed and up to date throughout the process. Cheryl has always produced great results for our family and friends. She recently sold our house in Franklin City, in Southampton County for 13k above what other real estate agents in the area estimated. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know.

Cheryl and the team over at Kiln Creek Realty were fantastic to work with. My mother is a realtor in another state and even she was thoroughly impressed with their work. We had a ton of issues with our new home and Cheryl helped us navigate every issue to help us prepare the home for sale even though we were several states away. I was a nervous wreck knowing I had to sell our home from out of state but Cheryl made it super easy for us. She took care of everything and our home sold quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend Cheryl and couldn’t be more grateful for her help!

Cheryl was very honest and forthcoming during the process of selling our home. She broke things down to a level of understanding for first time home owners. She was professional throughout the process while staying approachable with any questions that we had. If you’re looking for a realtor that’s honest and real I would highly recommend Cheryl.

Very pleasant/personable. Not very responsive to messages left on voice/text messages. Almost always late for sch'd meetings. As a seller who had to get 27 years of belongings out of a house for closing, I would have expected more communications on progress or lack there of on the deal. Although an agent may be very comfortable, they should make their clients feel secure as well. Seemed to be confusing/conflicting info at times i.e. closing costs, things to convey or not. I would highly recommend as a buyers agent based on local knowledge but would have reservations recommending as seller's agent. Again, a very nice, pleasant, and personable lady.
