Charles is an amazing realtor coming from a long line of realtors in his family. This man took us to his home and helped us find a home. We sat at his counter and talked and looked for homes in a very nice and relaxing home. Well appreciated. Definitely recommended.

We worked with Charlie Skinner on the sale of our home and purchase of new property. On the sale side, he listed our home and we received offers very quickly. He got us the best price and communicated with us to keep us on track for the sale. He did an amazing job staying on top of the entire home buying process from viewing the homes, to submitting offers, etc. We were able to close on the sale of our home and purchase of our new home on the same day! No one will work harder than Charlie to help you sell your home and get you into a home you will love. We felt that personal connection with Charlie and we were well taken care of throughout the entire process. We definitely recommend Charlie Skinner!

Charlie was great! He treated us like family the entire time, making sure all of our questions were answered - including things that realtors wouldn't normally say (stuff that made us look longer and consider cheaper options). He really has your best interest at heart. I've worked with about five or six realtors, some from Zillow, and others that were friends of the family, but Charlie is the best. There isn't any comparison. We've made a friend and will be looking to him for any future real estate questions/business. I cannot sing his praises enough. If you're questioning who you should contact and need a sign - THIS IS IT!!! He is THE BEST.
