Mr. Charles Ilonya has been wonderful during this process of buying a home. This was my first time purchasing a home so I was pretty clueless about a lot of things but Mr. Charles always made sure that I had the right information and walked me through every last step making sure that I understood what options were available to me. He was very responsive and any price we were looking to pay he was willing to negotiate for. He knew what I was looking for and was determined to make sure that I got what I wanted. Even though I didn’t know much I respected the fact that Mr. Charles took his time with me looking at house after house explaining what to look for in a long term home and looking out for the minor details that could become bigger issues. I liked his passion for finding the perfect place for me and my family and it gave me peace of mind knowing that he cared and wasn’t going to stop until I found a place that felt like home. He was very kind and wise and you could tell he truly cares about each and every one of his clients no matter how difficult. I will be recommending him to everyone I know simply because he is willing to go above and beyond to get you everything that you could hope for in your dream home.
