Chance was amazing. I had to sell an estate from another state. Chance went beyond the call of duty to find me venders to do repairs and manage the property in my absense. His base rate was reasonable and he even staged the house with furnature at no extra cost to me. The price I got was above what another broker had suggested I sell it for. The property was sold within days of being listed. I am so glad to picked Chance to manage this transaction. 5 Stars all the way.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chance on several transactions. He is responsive, detail oriented, and always looking out for my best interests. Courtney did an excellent job finding us the perfect home in the Kalispell/Whitefish area. She is aware of ongoing sales and listings in the area and which area would fit our lifestyle the best. While she didn’t pressure us, Courtney was very responsive to all of our many questions and concerns. Also I was so impressed with her knowledge of local tradesmen needed once the sale was complete. I highly recommend Courtney’s realtor skills.
