Chad was very pleasant to work with he really got the job done. If you want someone to go to bat for you he's the man. We closed within a week. He really know his stuff. So if you want to sale your home with someone honest give Chad a try you will be very happy

Chad was prompt, responsive, accommodating, and incredibly patient. Not to mention, he did a truly inspired job of negotiating on my behalf. As a long distance client, he was easy to work with and creative about finding solutions or alternative approaches. He also remained accessible and responsive long after I closed. 10/10 fantastic experience.

We come from California, saw the home/small farm that we wanted , called Chad and talked about 2 farms and decided on the smaller one , we have raised horses in California but never cattle, we'll try our luck and maybe get more land as knowledge grows , Chad was the most informative agent we have ever worked with.
