When I decided to move overseas , I needed to act quick and put my house for sale. Since this was the first time for me to sell a house , I needed a professional , detail oriented , informative, patient and compassionate real estate agent . I can not even explain how lucky I felt to work with Catherina who had all these qualifications . Her knowledge, professionalism , support (both mentally and physically ) was extremely impressive. she listened , heard what I needed, understood and found me the right buyer in such short amount of time . Catherine Erkal is our listing agent for the house we just sold. She was also our buyer agent for the same house 22 years ago. Catherine is an agent with years of experience, a great reputation, and provides excellent customer service. She has lived in Holmdel for a long time and knows the ins and outs of the local areas. She is enthusiastic but not pushy. Her warm and friendly approach to her clients makes you value this relationship. Her hardworking, directness, listening and follow-through is the reason for her success. She understands the frustration of her clients during the buy/sell process and does her best to make things easier. One example is she helped us to work with the Holmdel Township to close some construction permits that were opened over 30 years ago by the previous owner.

Catherine lives in the same community as me, so she was the perfect choice for a realtor. She is knowledgeable about our community, our town, and surrounding towns in the county. Since we had not sold a home in 27 years, we had many questions about the market and process of listing a home. Catherine met with us many times before we decided to list our house. She helped ease our anxiety?? Our house sold within one week above asking price. Catherine continued to guide us in the process all the way to the closing. Then she helped us find a rental within our price range and specifications that we needed. She was not just a realtor, but a friend.

Catherine knew the market well. She came with a thorough market analysis and did a great job helping us setting the initial sale price. With her experience, she minimized any upgrades we had to do, keeping our expenses low to get the house ready for the market. We ended up selling the house close to our asking price. It was a pleasure working Catherine.
