Cathy is wonderful to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or lease in the area. She helped us lease and eventually purchase a home and we couldn't have been happier with her as our real estate agent. The purchase of our home was difficult and without Cathy's expertise and negotiation skills I doubt that it would have been possible.

I can honestly say that I do not believe I would hae made it through the buying process if it weren't for Cathy helping me through it. She went above and beyond to make sure things were handled before I even had a chance to worry about them. She is an expert in her field and anyone buying or selling a home could benefit from her wealth of knowledge.
