We were remotely located and Cary made the process of viewing, bidding and closing on a house exceptionally easy. Her narrated video walk-thrus gave the sense of being on location and were more informative than any previous real estate agents with whom we had worked in the past. Her local connections to everyone from assistant agents to inspectors and contractors made for a stress-free closing. Finally her ability to renegotiate the price due to inspection findings exceeded our expectations.

Cary and her team are attentive and true professionals when it came time to sell my Breck condo. From beginning to end in the entire selling process she and Delphine made sure everything was in order. Delphine made sure I rec'd all messages needing immediate attention and answered my questions along the way, I never felt like I was bugging her. Cary's depth of knowledge of the Breckenridge market instills confidence she is pricing your property right (she priced it higher than I thought it would sell and within 4 days I had a full-price offer). She makes no promises and does her best in communicating and negotiating with the buyers. Her selling price recommendation was spot on and I could not be more pleased! Cary and Delphine pay attention to detail and treat you like you are the only person they are working for!
