Carrie is fantastic. We listed our home with her and she took charge. Her associate led the packing and staging. Carrie was ALWAYS available for advice and counsel. Part way through the process we needed a roofer -- her very excellent roofer called us that day and arrived the next morning. She scheduled the cleaning crew, who were also terrific. Carrie organized the open house, and coordinated with other realtors. Fortunately there were multiple offers that Carrie presented to us in a very organized fashion. After contract signing she was always available for discussions with us, our attorney and the buyer's representative. Carrie is extremely professional -- a great realtor and now a good friend. We recommend her to all that are looking for a realtor.

Carrie is wonderful! We were first time homebuyers and she made the entire process from start to finish seamless. She let us know what to expect every step of the way. What we expected to be a very long process wasn't at all due to Carrie’s knowledge and guidance. We cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Carrie is extremely responsive and familiar with the local market. She assisted us through a long purchase process due to some seller contingencies. She also provided great advice for staging and prepping our home for sale and we were able to sell very quickly.

Carrie is the best in the business. She knows the market, the neighborhoods, and what is important to the client. She goes above and beyond during every step of the process and even when the sale is complete, she doesn't stop! Strongly recommend Carrie.
