Heike, an impressive professional, was never deterred and is an excellent example of the benefit in hiring a seasoned agent. Our house was extremely difficult to sell, yet Heike never gave up. Her negotiation skills are beyond reproach. She made sure that we were in the loop and was always available to us, answering our questions and listening. She was also empathetic to our specific situation. I would recommend Heike to any one. She will stick with you until your house is sold.

Dave Sell is an excellant Real Estate agent. Very professional, intelligent, and understanding of your needs. Works very hard to get you the house you want, not try to sell you any house. He is committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. Not pushy to just make a sale, will work to your schedule, available all times for your questons. He sold our house in a very short time. Met with us, proposed what the sale price should be from extensive research, communicated with us very often as to what was going on with the sale, showings, and advised us from years of knowledge what offer will best for a sale. A complete pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Dave to anyone for buying or selling.

Dave was our realtor when we bought our home as well as when we sold our home recently. He is amazing! Dave is friendly very approachable very professional but not stuffy. He takes the time to listen to what you are looking for and never ever pressures you or tries to show you something that you're not interested in. Dave was always available for questions or concerns , he is a pleasure to work with and we couldn't be any happier. If you are looking for somebody who is going to get results for you, Dave is definitely the man you want to turn to.

This buying process was very stressful for me. It was a rollercoaster I couldn't wait to get off of. Ms. Johnson was a constant source of calm for us. It was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her and her team. We looked at close to 30 different properties together, Ms. Johnson was patience and knowledgable. We found a beautiful home together and I am forever grateful. If we decide to sell, she's the first person I'll call.
