Our experience with Nikki while buying our first home in Pennsylvania was fantastic. Nikki did a fantastic job from start to finish. Nikki knew exactly what I was looking for in a home and even with a tough market these days found my little gem. We had it the same day it was listed and she knew exactly what to do to make my loan stand out from the other offers that came in. She was so accommodating to my times and needs and thorough with the walk through and also guiding me when a home was not really fitting my needs or budget. If Nikki didnt know something that I questioned at any point she made sure to find the correct answer and was prompt on replying to all my crazy little questions, wants or needs.

Nikki was an amazing realtor and an answer to prayer! We would definitely recommend her to anyone—especially first-time homebuyers who need a little extra encouragement and guidance through the process. We moved to Lancaster from out of state and didn’t know anything about the area. She was kind, organized, ethical, and she used our limited time very effectively. As we toured the area, she gave us local insights and pointed out important things to consider with each home. We were first-time homebuyers and she took extra time to help explain the paperwork with each step in the process so that we were at peace signing each document. She had our best interest at heart and we never felt pressured or pushed to do something we weren’t comfortable with. It was never about her getting the biggest commission from the deal—just helping us find what was best for our family and situation. Finally we did find the right fit and we love our home!
