The Ferguson team was excellent! I had a poor experience with Keller Williams (not Ferguson) in the past, but I would go with the Ferguson team anytime in the future, and I will recommend to anyone selling a home (and already have)! They communicated well, our house hit the market quickly, it sold quickly, they gave great advice throughout the process (since we were first time sellers), and we got a great price!

Carol and Lauren were great! Answered all our questions quickly and helped to guide us through the process of selling our home. Carol and Tim were AWESOME!!! They were patient and genuinely interested in what we needed for our home. Carol was open and honest with me regarding some of those things which allowed for me to make the right decision. They met us whenever and wherever we needed to look at homes. When we started the process of escrow, Carol's team member, Lauren took over and walked me through the escrow process and handled everything. Lauren is an expert at navigating the escrow process and a huge asset! If you are a buyer, do yourself a major favor and get The Ferguson team as your agent. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!! AND bonus, we ended up making new friends that we will have for years.
