"Mr. Soares is an excellent realtor. I live in Miami, Florida and was selling a coop in New Jersey. I had 5 different realtors and none of them sold the coop. Mr. Soares took charge of the matter, contacted people, published the apartment on all the realtors' pages, dealt with the office and administration of the building, paid of his own money for permits and repairs and then sent me the bill. He also contacted an excellent attorney to handle the legalities. Finally, the coop is sold. I cannot say enough about the quality of service I received from Mr. Soares. Carlos took the time, patience, and attention needed throughout the entire home buying process. We had a few bumps in the road with the loan but he kept communication between every party involved to make sure any problems that came up were solved. He took the time to understand my needs and found the perfect fit home to meet those. He understands the market and has a vast knowledge in the industry. He answered all my questions throughout the process. Anyone would be very happy with their home buying experience while working with Carlos. One thing I liked the most was his availability and communication was always 24/7.

I could not have asked for a better agent. From start to finish Carlos negotiated the best price possible. When the appraiser came it was EXACTLY the maximum amount that I could sell the house for. He recommended the best lawyer to handle all of the paperwork, so it was definitely worth it. Even when it came to smaller stuff like sweeping the house before final inspection, Carlos was not afraid to get his hands dirty. The entire process was so smooth. I highly recommend Carlos for any home that you need to sell.
